“The service we’ve received has been excellent. We’ve been assigned Rhiannon who has been there to help us through the setup and has been very responsive when dealing with issues we’ve had.”
- What were some of the challenges you were facing before using our products?
“We wanted to integrate everything so it all worked together. Before we had a real mixture of platforms but these systems didn’t really talk to each other which didn’t work for us.”
- What were your reasons for choosing SchoolBase?
“In the end, we did the research whilst everyone was in lockdown and looked at eight or so alternatives. Some were ruled out because they weren’t as integrated and some were more for secondary or State schools.
We wanted something that was easy to simplify for a primary school. SchoolBase was selected because it was more intuitive and easy to use from a design point of view.”
